On Friday 29 November, students from the College’s Social Justice Action Group and Faith In Action Team took part in the Sit In for Climate Action in the city. Young people have a voice on matters of justice and this event gave them the opportunity to demonstrate this. They showed that they care about what we do and how their lives will be affected, and the College is proud of their passion and commitment in this dynamic world. They were and are advocates for stewardship and justice for the planet. ‘And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” (Gen 1:26-28)
