Our sold‑out performances of the School of Rock lit up the Bryan Brown Theatre last week, delivering three evenings of vibrant storytelling, powerful music and outstanding student talent.
A huge congratulations to our two incredible Deweys, Sebastian A and Jamie P, who brought unstoppable energy and heart to the stage. Their performances captured the spirit of the show — bold, joyful, and unapologetically themselves.
But this production was so much bigger than the cast alone. More than 60 students from St Patrick’s College and our partner schools — MLC, Santa Sabina College, Strathfield Girls High School, and The McDonald College — came together to create something truly special. Their diversity of backgrounds, beliefs, and talents made this story shine even brighter.
Behind the scenes, our musicians, crew, set designers, make‑up artist, staff, and everyone who kept the show moving (including those driving buses to and from the theatre) worked tirelessly to bring this production to life. Their dedication and teamwork were the heartbeat of the entire experience.
School of Rock reminds us to celebrate individuality, listen deeply, and stand up for what matters. Last week, our students did exactly that — with courage, creativity, and a whole lot of rock‑and‑roll spirit.
To our cast, band, and crew: you should be incredibly proud.
Every boy who walks through our gates begins a journey shaped by faith, friendship and challenge. This is where confidence grows, talents emerge and young men learn to live with purpose and heart.
