A new Summer season means the sound of cricket on Breen!
After a washout last weekend, the First XI and 2nd XI will commence their competition tomorrow, after they received their Cricket caps from College Principal, Dr Vittoria Lavorato last week. Cricket holds a special place in the history of St Patrick’s College and, as Dr Lavorato highlighted at the presentation, is one of only two activities to have been conducted at the College every year since 1928. In receiving their caps, these students join a proud line of Old Boys who have represented SPC before them, and we look forward to seeing them add their own chapter to the College’s impressive cricket legacy.
We wish all our students the very best as they take to the field and represent SPC with pride
