Enrolment Procedures

All requests for applications for possible enrolment into

 
Senior Students outside Hickey Building
 

the College are in writing. The letter, addressed to the Enrolment Secretary, includes the following information:

  • Parents’ names and address.
  • Boy’s full name.
  • Boy’s date of birth.
  • Boy’s religious affiliation.
  • Boy’s year of intended enrolment (eg Year 5, 2003).
  • Whether or not the father is an Old Boy of the College and, if so, the last year he attended the College.
  • Boy’s present school (if applicable).

Upon receipt of the written request, including the above information, the Enrolment Secretary forwards an application for possible enrolment provided placement is possible on the enrolment applicants’ list. If placement on the enrolment applicants’ list is not possible, the Enrolment Secretary informs the family accordingly.
