St Patrick's College has two libraries. The Raymer Library caters primarily for the staff and students of the Junior school, while the McGlade Library primarily caters for the Secondary School. These libraries, however, provide a coordinated service to all library users at St Patrick's College, thereby ensuring staff and students have access to well organised library collections relevant to their interests and needs. Working within the College's Mission statement, the libraries seek to create and maintain a dynamic environment providing curriculum resources and services of the highest educational and technological standards. Library programmes planned in conjunction with class teachers aim to promote independent learning and boys' literacy. The McGlade Library has a full-time staff of two teacher librarians and two library assistants, whilst the Raymer Library has a teacher librarian, ICT/library assistant and a library assistant.
